To make a live action film, you need actors, crews, directors, writers, and editors all working together. But in animation, the editor plays these roles and iterates on reels a thousand times before the film is produced.
That is who I am: part founder, part researcher, part banker, part consultant, part recruiter. I storyboard a thesis about what’s not on the market map but should be, and try to work it all out with specialists smarter than me. With their help and expertise, fragile ideas turn into a polished thesis.
My macro focus is on consumer areas that enable customized experiences, ambient interactions, and reliable relationships.
I studied Physics at Harvard, a place filled with sociopathic careerists, irreverent polymaths, prodigious wimps, elitist sovereigns, and first-order contrarians.
My contribution to these dysfunctions was dyslexia, led to Cs sometimes (!!) but ended with Highest Honors.
Then I ran a startup which, sadly, didn't work out ... but what I loved most was finding exceptional people — even ones I couldn't recruit, like Aman, who went on to co-found Cursor (now worth $29B).
